This program trains participants to leverage AI tools to identify, assess, and engage high-quality technical candidates at scale while maintaining a strong human-centered recruiting experience. Participants will gain a strong foundation in core tech recruiting concepts, including software development roles, IT infrastructure positions, data and AI roles, cloud technologies, and emerging tech skill sets. The program then layers AI-driven methodologies on top of these fundamentals, covering AI-powered candidate sourcing, resume screening, skill matching, outreach personalization, interview intelligence, and predictive hiring analytics. The course also addresses responsible and ethical use of AI in recruitment, including bias mitigation, data privacy, and compliance considerations. Real-world case studies, tool demonstrations, and workflow simulations allow participants to apply AI directly to tech hiring scenarios, from junior developers to senior engineers and specialized roles.
